I was staying in the accommodation next to the restaurant and they helped me in calling the owner. After checking in I went back if I could have dinner. There was a birthday party, but the prepared me a table in a room inside and I got salumi and tartelliny with vino frizzante. I had a good dinner not even caring about the menu and speaking with the waiter too, when he had time.
Good choise of local food: you must try starters (coppa, salame, pancetta whit gnocco fritto).
Weather is fine also in hot summer days.

The setting on the hill overlooking the surrounding slopes and the plain at its feet is beautiful. The structure is also beautiful, well renovated and furnished with peasant memorabilia. Well-made traditional cuisine: good cured meats with chisolini and first courses.
Family lunch: excellent appetizer of local cured meats and fried gnocco. Large choice of first and second courses: angles in broth, mushroom crêpes, second first courses, roast duck and pork cup with beer and apples. Very kind staff and beautiful location.
